The purpose of this project is to create, design and launch a platform for the staff of bakes to assist with the day-to-day operation of the bakery. Currently all day-to-day activities of Bakes are carried out manually. Bakes is very keen on digitalising its order management process of Bakes will enable staff to process orders in a timely and more efficient manner. This will include the transformation of its order management processes, product management, inventory control and improving user satisfaction.
